Booking Information

PRICES:
The prices of the chalet and apartment are per day and include all fees but do not include a local tax of  2,20€ per person/day for those 15 and older.

SAUNA:
Please note that this is reserved only for our chalet guests.

CHALET OCCUPANCY:
With the booking of a chalet for less than 8 people, not all bedrooms will be available (2 bedrooms for 2 people, 3 bedrooms for 6 people).

DAILY ARRIVAL:
Daily arrival is possible (with last-minute bookings and based on availability, shorter stays are possible).

FINAL CLEANING:
Our prices do not include the final cleaning. Chalet: € 180, Apartment: € 80

From 06.01.2024 Chalet: € 190, Apartement: €90

SINGLE OCCUPANCY SURCHARGE:
Double room for single use: € 20 per person and day

PETS:
Pets can be taken on request. We charge € 70 per stay and per animal (without food). Please take your pet's usual bed or basket with you. The guests are liable for the damage caused by animals brought with them.

DEPOSIT:
We reserve the right to charge a deposit of € 300 (chalet).

YOUR BOOKING:
The booking, which is confirmed in writing by us, is considered valid after a deposit is transferred to our bank account (the amount of the deposit and our bank information will be included in the reservation confirmation).

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
Within 14 days past booking there is no fee at all; Up to 90 days before arrival date 20% of the total price; Up to 89 days before arrival date 30% of the total price; 29 days or fewer before arrival 90% of the total price.

HOTEL CONTRACT:
The Austrian hotel terms and conditions apply. Except §5/5.5/5.6

PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
We would like to point out that we do not accept payment via bank cards at all. Please settle the invoice via bank transfer or cash.

LOST ITEMS:
As a matter of course, we will send your lost items to your home address immediately. Please be informed that this process will be done on your own expense.
