FAQs - about your vacation

LAUNDRY SERVICE:
If you have items that need to be laundered or ironed, you can turn them over to us. For a small fee, we will be happy to take care of this for you. 

BREAKFAST ROLL DELIVERY:
Our baker will bring you daily fresh rolls.
(Except on Sunday)

INTERNET:
You can use the Internet for free via WLAN.
You will receive the access code upon your arrival.

SMOKING:
Our chalet and apartment are non-smoking! You are welcome to smoke on the terrace or in the garden. We ask that you use the ashtrays. Thank you for your understanding! 

WASTE SEPARATION:
We place great importance on waste separation!
Garbage should be separated according to instructions.

PARKING:
We provide our guests with free parking spaces.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE:
Arrival: from ca. 4 pm. Departure: we ask that you check out of the chalet or apartment on your departure day by 9 am to ensure that it will be ready for the next guest. In order to avoid any stress or rush on your departure day, you can pay your bill the evening before.  

PETS:
Upon request, you can bring your pet along with you. We charge € 50 per stay and per animal (not incl. food). Please bring your pet's bed or kennel with you. Guests are liable for damages caused by pets.
