The motto is: there's nothing like being in the great outdoors! Whether in the valley or up in the mountains, boredom is never an option here .
Paragliding
This is the perfect combination of adrenaline and fun: with paragliding, you can experience the Zillertal from the most spectacular perspective... a bird's-eye perspective! You will start out on a tandem flight with experienced pilots, which include your host. One possible starting point is on the Zillertaler Höhenstraße, which you can reach by car or public bus.
You have the choice among various flights, during which you can glide 1,400 vertical meters through the alpine air for up to 30 minutes. Even our youngest guests can go on their own adventure and experience a 10 minute children's flight.
Via ferrata climbs
If you are already in the Alps, you should definitely put your via ferrata climbing skills to the test! The closest opportunity for via ferrata climbing is the Talbach via ferrata in Zell am Ziller. The beginning of this route is ideal for beginners and children, and the next section, which can be bypassed if needed, is suited for more advanced climbers. A highlight is the two long suspension bridges that lead past a waterfall.
Speaking of water: if you love to get wet, we recommend a rafting tour along the Ziller! The start of this tour is in nearby Mayrhofen.
